Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice. or miss their appointment, will be charged the full cost of their appointment.

Lorraine brings 15 years of dedicated experience as a Registered Massage Therapist to her practice, offering a profound depth of knowledge and expertise in manual therapy and rehabilitation. Driven by a passion for deepening her understanding and expanding her skill set, she went on to study clinical Pilates in 2018. She has been able to hone her therapeutic approach by emphasizing the body’s innate capacity for healing through movement.
Lorraine’s approach to therapy is integrative and individualized, acknowledging the unique needs and goals of each patient. By integrating massage therapy and clinical Pilates, she aims to not only address specific physical issues, but also to empower her patients while improving their physical condition. She believes in the power of touch and movement as vital components of rehab and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fullest potential.
Lorraine likes to travel, hike, run the seawall, and spend time with her family when she’s not at work. Living by the same principles of balance and enthusiasm for life that she brings to her occupation, she loves nothing more than spending time in nature and discovering new adventures.
